Customised Hampers If you can't find a hamper to suit your needs we can customised a hamper for you, please send us an email at info@myhamper.com.au with your request & we'll get back to you as soon as possible. The minimum purchase price for a customised hamper must exceed $30.00.
Substitution of Products In the event that a product is unavailable or out of stock at the time of ordering we at my hamper reserve the right to substitute that product with another similar item. We do guarantee that the replacement item will be equal to or greater in value than the original item.
Redeeming E-vouchers(Gift vouchers) When redeeming gift vouchers please browse our website & choose your gift (please do not purchase via the shopping cart). Email the gift voucher back to us for verification with the name of the gift box hamper you want & your name, address & phone number. We will contact you to confirm delivery & payment.
In the event that your gifts value exceeds the value on your gift voucher, payment for the balance can be paid by either cheque/money order sent to 'My Hamper PO Box 832 Macleod Vic 3085' or via our paypal a/c(phone for details). Once we receive your payment we will deliver your gift box hamper. In the event you have not fully redeemed your gift voucher value, you will be sent a new gift voucher equaling the remaining balance from your purchase to redeem at a later date. Gift vouchers are valid for a 12 month period from purchase date. Normal delivery fees apply.

Cancellation Policy If for some reason you must cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible.Orders canceled before shipping will be refunded in full. Once an order has been shipped or delivered a refund cannot be made.

My Hamper requires your personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card details to allow us to process your order. Alterations to policy From time to time, our policies will be reviewed and may be revised. My Hamper reserves the right to change its policies at any time and notify you by posting an updated version of the policy on its website.
Office Hours and Weekend Orders Office Hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm - Melbourne time Monday to Friday. Our office is closed on Public Holidays.
If all our phones are busy you will be diverted directly to an answering machine. As soon as one of our representatives is available, we will call you back. We understand that your time is too valuable to be waiting on hold.
All calls made outside business hours will also be diverted to an answering machine. Online orders placed after 3pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning.
Sale of Liquor Under the Liquor act of 1982 it is an offence to sell, supply or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18. All hampers containing liquor must be signed for by a person over the age of 18. A hamper containing liquor cannot be requested to be left on the premises if no one is home.
